The desire to downsize into a more efficient, clean lined house led us to a design solution that works graciously for our clients on one level. A sprawling footprint moves and turns to capture light on the inside, and to create intimate enclaves on the outside. A crisp color palette highlights and magnifies the restrained and often unexpected architectural detailing, which we used to bridge the owners love of fresh, contemporary forms with their respect for traditional design.
